Training Camp :)

Just came back from Triple threat's training camp and it was a blast. Although this is a training camp, there was some training but nothing hardcore. Just time with friends and time to chillax before the big volume this summer.

We did manage to do a polar bear swim yesterday night and it was cold and interesting. Hats off to the ladies of the team... you all went in while only Al and I went in for the boyz... You are officially all hardcore.
